Throughout this highly interactive experience, you'll gain the skills and resources necessary to facilitate effective workshops in a range of areas including Teaching for Deep Conceptual Understanding, Concept-Based Mathematics, Concepts and Inquiry-Based learning, Designing For Learning Agency (Design Thinking,) Fostering Agency and Agility, AI-Powered Pedagogy as well as innovative pedagogical and curriculum development techniques.
We are now accepting applications for this five-day institute.

Additionally, we require references from two professional referees who can vouch for your qualifications and potential as a trainer. If you are already recognized as an IB Workshop Leader, we acknowledge your established expertise and will not require additional references.

About the Institute
The five-day program includes essential core modules complemented by electives tailored to your interests.
The course is designed with core modules that cover universal aspects of facilitation, including Effective Communication and Presentation Skills, Curriculum Design Principles, Adult Learning Theories: Strategies for Engaging and Motivating Adult Learners, and Business and Marketing.
For those keen to specialize, our elective sessions offer a deeper dive into specialized areas. Choose from topics such as AI Powered Pedagogy, Designing for Learner Agency, Teaching for Deep Conceptual Understanding, Concepts and Inquiry, and Concept-Based Mathematics or your own area. These sessions are shaped by participant interest, ensuring a personalized and relevant professional development experience.
By the end of our time together, you'll be equipped with a toolkit of templates, ideas, and learning engagements to inspire and educate others in your professional community. Upon completion of the Institute, there will be opportunities to form a collaborative.

Join us in the vibrant city of Hong Kong for an intensive five-day "The Art of Facilitation: Cultivating Growth in Adult Education" workshop, meticulously designed to enhance your abilities as an educator and facilitator.
Your enrollment fee is inclusive, covering not only the training sessions but also your stay at a comfortable hotel (TBC), along with daily breakfast and lunch to keep you energized throughout the day, and a welcome dinner and celebration dinner. All training materials you'll require are provided, ensuring you have everything at hand to engage with the course's rich content fully.
While the primary language of instruction is English, we pride ourselves on being an inclusive company, offering digital simultaneous translation services to accommodate non-native English speakers. This ensures that all participants can fully engage with and benefit from the workshop, regardless of their language background.
