Meet The Team

Nicole is a dedicated educator and certified trainer in Erickson and Lanning Concept-Based Curriculum and Instruction. She completed The Art of Facilitation Institute in 2024. Passionate about concept-based and inquiry-based pedagogies, Nicole promotes a balanced approach to teaching factual knowledge, skills, and deep conceptual understanding. With experience in IB schools in China and independent schools in New South Wales, she currently leads Teaching and Learning at a new school in South West Sydney. Nicole values collaboration, and fostering a supportive environment through PD, peer coaching, and reflective practice. Her goal is to help teachers and students develop a love of learning and growth.
